New Moon Rituals
New moons can be potent times to consider how you wish to move ahead into a brand new lunar cycle. Here are a few rituals that I love to do around this time…
- Have a long soak and put fresh bedding on, self care is a wonderful way to welcome the new lunar cycle. What is your body asking for?
- Tidy/clear my space. Open the windows, burn some incense, put on my favourite music and welcome in fresh energy.
- Moving my body helps me to feel more energised and welcoming of a new phase. Sometimes this looks like a walk in the woods, a swim, dance or some stretches at home.
- Prioritise one thing you will build into the coming lunar cycle. This could include some nutritious meals, more rest, movement or fun! I would love to hear yours…
